упр. мотивационно-гигиеническая теория, двухфакторная теория мотивации (теория трудовой мотивации, разработанная Ф. Герцбергом в рамках школы человеческих отношений; в теории различаются два вида факторов, влияющих на производительность труда работников: мотивирующие, внутренние факторы, такие как признание, трудовые достижения, интерес к работе и др., и гигиенические, внешние факторы, такие как условия и оплата труда, отношения с коллегами и администрацией и др.; последняя группа факторов может сделать работника несчастным и снизить его мотивацию в случае плохих условий труда, но не может повысить мотивацию при хороших условиях труда, так как реальной причиной серьезной мотивации могут быть только внутренние факторы)
